Terms of Service

Last updated: September 4, 2026

Agreement and eligibility

These Terms govern your use of Launxe. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. You must be able to enter a binding agreement where you live and must provide accurate account information.

Your account

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in method secure. Do not share access in a way that bypasses account boundaries or security controls. Notify the Launxe operator through the developer contact shown on the Google OAuth consent screen if you believe your account has been compromised.

Startup information and public URL analysis

You may submit only websites and startup information you are authorized to use. Launxe retrieves public pages to create an analysis and launch plan. You must not use Launxe to probe private systems, bypass access controls, overload websites, or analyze material unlawfully. A website may block automated access, return incomplete content, or require JavaScript; in those cases analysis may be limited or unavailable.

Generated content and your review

Launxe may use automated systems and OpenAI to suggest summaries, marketing copy, profile bios, and other launch materials. Outputs can be incomplete or inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing facts, rights, disclosures, platform rules, and suitability before publishing or relying on any output. Launxe does not guarantee results, audiences, rankings, sales, or customer acquisition.

Your content and intellectual property

You retain rights you have in the startup information, images, edits, and content you submit. You grant Launxe the limited permission needed to host, process, transform, display, and transmit that material to operate the service and the public launch features you choose. You represent that your submissions do not infringe another person’s intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, or contractual rights.

Launxe, its interface, software, design, and service materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not grant you ownership of the service or permission to copy, resell, reverse engineer, or remove proprietary notices except where the law does not allow that restriction.

Public launches, ratings, and links

When you complete the launch flow, your startup may be listed publicly. You are responsible for keeping its public details and destination URL accurate. Do not manipulate ratings, impersonate another startup, create deceptive redirects, or use campaign links for spam, malware, phishing, or unlawful tracking.

Third-party services

Launxe can connect or link to Supabase, OpenAI, Google Analytics, social networks, launch directories, CapCut, Read Aloud, and other third-party services. Your use of those services is governed by their terms. Launxe does not control their availability, verification rules, content moderation, fees, data practices, or decisions.

Acceptable use

  • Do not break laws, platform rules, or third-party rights.
  • Do not upload malware, harmful code, stolen data, or deceptive content.
  • Do not attempt unauthorized access, scrape private systems, evade rate limits, or interfere with the service.
  • Do not use generated material for harassment, discrimination, fraud, impersonation, or unsolicited bulk messaging.
  • Do not falsely claim that Launxe verified a product, founder, metric, or endorsement.

Availability and changes

Launxe may change, suspend, or discontinue features and may impose reasonable limits to protect security, reliability, and costs. The service may experience outages, delays, third-party failures, or data loss. Keep copies of important published assets and business records.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Launxe is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted operation to the fullest extent permitted by law. Launxe is a planning and drafting tool, not legal, financial, advertising, or professional advice.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Launxe operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages, or for decisions, publications, platform actions, third-party services, or business outcomes arising from your use of Launxe. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid to use Launxe during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Termination

You may stop using Launxe at any time and can delete individual startups in the dashboard. Launxe may suspend or terminate access for material violations, security threats, unlawful use, or conduct that risks harm to users, providers, or the service. Provisions that logically should survive termination—including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations, and responsibility for prior conduct—will survive.

Changes and contact

These Terms may be updated as Launxe changes. The date above identifies the current version. Questions may be sent to the developer contact email listed on the Google OAuth consent screen for the Launxe project.
